- 1 measure of Lillet Blanc
- 1 measure of white grape juice
- 2 measures of Perrier-Jouët Champagne ice cubes
Pour the Lillet Blanc and the grape juice into a highball glass full of ice.
Top up with Perrier-Jouët Champagne.
Decorate with 3-4 white grapes and lemon peel. TIPS Twist the lemon peel into the glass, peel-side down, to release its citrus oils for an extra burst of sharp flavour.
